Prey is running bountiful through the forest, and the fresh-kill pile is running high. Now is the best time to hunt birds, as they are coming back to the forest.

WindClan:
The winds have calmed on the outlands. Prey scent is everywhere along with the smell of newborn rabbits.

RiverClan:
The river is running again, and the fish have returned, more bountiful than the seasons before. Flower buds and new trees are sprining up everywhere.

ShadowClan:
ShadowClan has made it through a harsh winter. Now is their chance to stock back up on prey.

These are the rules the rouges follow.

1. Fend for yourself, the strongest survive, leave the weak behind.

2. Hunt for yourself, and eat when you want.

3. Train any of the young cats when you want. (No specific mentors assigned)

4. If you are hurt, help yourself. (No medicine cats)

5. Believe what you want to. (Majority of the rouges do not believe in StarClan

6. Strongest is leader, then deputy.

Rule #6 calls for the following action.
Anyone can be RougeBand leader if you do the following.
First, If the RB Leader postion is open make a bio.
Secondou are unhappy with the current RB leader, PM. If I say ok, post a challenge to the leader, IC and OOC. (PM for help if needed) Leader will respond and will have to accept, or automatically be booted from the leader postion. Then, you will each do your best RP example. I will post them up for the members, and they will vote for the best. Who ever wins is the RB leader. They can then go and appoint anyone for deputy, unless someone has that postion. Then you can follow these rules to gain that postion also.
